ALSI Inc. — Sovereign Infrastructure Programme

The Quanta Mini-Farm
Partner Programme.

Sovereign AI governance requires sovereign infrastructure. We are building the compute layer that makes it possible — starting in Canada, under AIDA, as the reference implementation for any government or enterprise that wants to adopt this architecture.

If you operate a data center, private cloud, or sovereign compute facility — in Canada or anywhere — we want to talk.

Infrastructure Thesis

Sovereignty is the architecture

Sovereign intelligence cannot run on foreign infrastructure and remain sovereign. This is not a marketing position — it is a hard architectural constraint. Every jurisdiction that adopts GIL needs a compute layer that belongs to it.

Canada is the reference jurisdiction

ALSI is incorporated in Ontario. AIDA — Canada's AI and Data Act — is the protection grid we build against. Stage One establishes sovereign compute residency in Canada. The architecture is designed to be replicated by any government or enterprise globally.

The Quanta Mini-Farm

A sovereign compute substrate being designed and built by ALSI. Purpose-built for governed inference — not a repurposed cloud product. The model is jurisdiction-portable. Details are not public yet.

Who we are looking for

Data center operators, private cloud builders, and sovereign compute providers — in Canada or any jurisdiction. Especially those aligned with data residency law, government or enterprise workloads, and the principle that AI governance requires infrastructure independence.

Build Strategy

Stage One — Now

Partner Data Centers

We do not need to own hardware to establish sovereign data residency. In Stage One we integrate with aligned data center operators — beginning in Canada — for baseline compute, routing governance inference workloads through sovereign-resident infrastructure while the Mini-Farm is built.

Stage Two — In Development

The Quanta Mini-Farm

Purpose-built sovereign compute substrate — designed by ALSI for governed inference workloads. Not a rebranded cloud product. Architecture details are not public. The conceptual framing is developed through the Quanta Systems series.

Who We Are Looking For

Data Center Operator
Physical facility in a sovereign-jurisdiction data center
Private Cloud Provider
Managed sovereign-resident cloud services
Colocation Provider
Sovereign-resident colo with data residency guarantees
Compute Hardware Partner
GPU / inference accelerator supply or financing
Research & Development Partner
Sovereign AI infrastructure R&D alignment
Government / Institutional
Public sector or intergovernmental infrastructure initiative

Data Residency

This form collects only the information you voluntarily provide. No data is stored in a database on US infrastructure. Submissions are logged to Vercel deployment logs (Canadian region where available) and will be migrated to sovereign infrastructure upon launch. ALSI Inc. is incorporated in Ontario, Canada (OCN 1001543070) — the founding jurisdiction for this architecture.

Infrastructure Partner Intake

Tell us about your infrastructure and how you see alignment. We review all submissions and reach out directly for partners with strong fit.
