ALSI Inc. — Investment Intake

The governance layer
for AI that thinks.

Human.Exe is not a chatbot. It is the structural intelligence layer that governs how AI systems reason, decide, and are held accountable — across any model, any provider.

Built in Canada. Operated under Canadian law. Designed for the moment when the world realises AI governance is not optional.

Investment Thesis

The problem is structural

Every AI lab ships models. Nobody ships governance. The gap between AI capability and AI accountability is widening faster than any country can regulate. Human.Exe is the infrastructure layer that sits between models and decisions.

Canadian sovereign infrastructure

Built under Canadian law, operated by ALSI Inc. (OCN 1001543070, Toronto). Your workspace context stays in your local environment — not on our servers. Full Canadian-resident cloud infrastructure is the stated roadmap destination, not the current state.

The tier system is the moat

Fourteen tiers from Observer to Sovereign. Each tier unlocks a deeper layer of governance capability. The architecture is not replicable without the governance intelligence underneath it.

Revenue is already structured

Subscription tiers ($8 – $240/mo), developer API access, institutional licensing, consulting, and a book series in development. Phase 2 is live. Reservations are open.

Engagement Types

Equity is not currently available. ALSI Inc. holds a single Class A share structure. Multi-class restructuring (A/B/C) is planned once legal counsel is retained — equity rounds open at that milestone.
