Financial contribution

Three contribution levels — Supporter ($500+), Partner ($5,000+), Strategic ($10,000+). Share structure is being outlined; no equity commitments exist at this time. Contribution does not create ownership, voting rights, or board representation.

Contributions $10,000+ require a signed engagement agreement. Cognitive waiver and NDA required at all levels. Contributions are non-refundable unless stated in writing.

We document contributor intent for our internal record.

Strategic-level contributors receive a direct briefing with the Architect.
